What the uptime figure means
The 99.9% uptime target describes the infrastructure we operate and monitor: load-balanced servers with redundancy and capacity reserved for peak hours. It is a target for our own platform rather than a guarantee about the whole path to your television. Your broadband line, your Wi-Fi, your device and your player app all sit between our servers and your screen, and none of them is under our control. Judging the result on your own equipment during the 24-hour trial is the only honest test.
Lineups and libraries move
Channels launch and close, and rights to sport, films and series move between companies. Counts, names and titles published here were accurate when each page was written and are reviewed regularly, yet no specific channel, event, film or season can be guaranteed. The channel list and the sports page carry the current picture.
The published figure is the figure
Figures on this website are exactly what we charge. No promotional crossed-out prices, invented savings, countdown clocks or limited-time claims are used. Lifetime plans are not sold, because no operator can honestly fund servers and staffed support for ever on a single payment. Twelve months is our longest term, and no plan renews by itself.
Picture quality on your connection
Whether a stream arrives in 4K, FHD or HD depends on the source feed, on the bandwidth reaching your home and on what your device can decode. We cannot guarantee a particular resolution on every connection, which is another reason the free trial exists.
Why other platforms are named here
Where Netflix, Disney+ or Max are named on these pages, the purpose is to mark the boundary of what AllTimeIPTV supplies. No plan opens those platforms, we hold no relationship with them, and their exclusive programmes form no part of our library.
Apps and hardware made by others
Every player named here, TiViMate and IPTV Smarters Pro and Smart IPTV among them, together with each piece of hardware in our guides, belongs to an independent company. We are unaffiliated with all of them, and any of them may change pricing, features or availability whenever they wish.
What falls to you as a viewer
What you watch is your choice, and it falls to you to ensure that viewing is lawful where you live and to keep your credentials private. IPTV as a technology is legal; redistributing content without a licence is not, and the rules differ from country to country. Statutes of that kind, the US Protecting Lawful Streaming Act of 2020 among them, target those running unlicensed services; even so, we can certify the legal standing of neither a provider nor a viewer.
